Account Manager - Business Partners

About the role

The Trivago Innovation Center seeks an experienced Account Manager to act as the primary liaison for its business partners. You will drive daily communication, manage projects, ensure partner satisfaction and contribute to strategic growth initiatives across marketing, data, product, engineering, finance and strategy teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all business partners, building and maintaining long‑lasting relationships.
• Manage partner communications and projects, coordinating internal teams to meet KPIs and targets.
• Proactively solve partner challenges and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Report weekly and monthly performance against KPIs, metrics and targets.
• Ensure overall partner satisfaction throughout the partnership lifecycle.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English and Hebrew.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a client‑ or partner‑facing account role, preferably in the travel industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing business needs.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, think creatively and lead detail‑oriented initiatives.
• Startup mentality with a “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” attitude and excellent teamwork capabilities.
