Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement global HR strategies aligned with business objectives, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
• Lead talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives to attract top‑tier talent and design onboarding programs that drive early engagement.
• Build performance management frameworks, career development pathways, and continuous learning programs.
• Use HR metrics and data analytics to inform talent strategies, measure effectiveness, and support executive decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience building and scaling HR practices, including prior experience as a VP of HR in a high‑tech environment.
• Proven leadership with direct‑team management experience.
• Demonstrated success thriving in hyper‑growth, fast‑paced startup settings.
• Data‑driven and strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
