Technical Trainer (Meeting Insights)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Technical Trainer to own the end‑to‑end training ecosystem for AudioCodes Meeting Insights, a Conversational AI SaaS platform. The role involves designing, developing and delivering training programs, courses and certification tracks for customers, partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training programs, courses and certification tracks for Meeting Insights.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for internal teams, partners and customers.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, partners and customers worldwide to identify and address training needs.
• Work closely with Product Management, Technical Writing and Marketing to create high‑quality onboarding and training materials.
• Design and deliver hands‑on technical training sessions (virtual and/or in‑person).
• Continuously improve training effectiveness using feedback, analytics and evolving product capabilities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in training, customer enablement, customer success, technical support or related SaaS roles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives end‑to‑end.
• Excellent technical communication and presentation skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset focused on driving customer success.
• Proven experience delivering technical training to groups (in‑person or virtual).
• Experience developing training materials, onboarding content, user guides, knowledge‑base articles, or instructor‑led programs.
• Experience writing technical documentation, training materials or application notes.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
