About the role
Compie is seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for its technology teams. You will work closely with hiring managers, conduct targeted sourcing, lead phone interviews and support candidate onboarding, while receiving full training in tech recruitment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to define hiring needs.
- Perform targeted sourcing of candidates across relevant channels.
- Conduct in‑depth phone interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
- Coordinate candidate onboarding and ensure a smooth transition.
- Participate in a comprehensive training program on tech recruitment.
Required profile
- Approximately 1 year of experience in high‑volume recruitment, sales, or phone customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Marketing or related fields.
- Strong tech orientation, passion for recruitment and high learning agility.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and think creatively.
- High‑level English proficiency.
