Technical Buyer

About the role

ZutaCore is seeking a Technical Buyer to manage end‑to‑end procurement for its innovative data‑center cooling solutions. You will ensure timely delivery of materials, support cost control, and collaborate with internal teams to meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle from request to delivery.
• Create, issue, and maintain purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system.
• Monitor order status, follow up with suppliers, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Collect, evaluate, and compare supplier quotations (RFQs) on price, lead time, and terms.
• Support negotiations on pricing and delivery conditions.
• Identify and escalate supply risks, delays, or quality issues.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to track KPIs such as delivery performance and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations.
• Proven experience working with suppliers and managing purchase orders.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
