Tax Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Tax Manager to lead Kornit Digital’s global tax function. Based in Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'Ayin, you will shape tax strategy, ensure compliance across jurisdictions and support the company’s growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the global tax function, covering compliance, reporting, accounting and governance.
• Develop and implement the Group’s tax strategy while ensuring adherence to applicable laws.
• Manage quarterly and annual tax provisions under US GAAP (ASC 740).
• Oversee transfer pricing policies, inter‑company arrangements and supporting documentation.
• Provide tax support for international operations, business initiatives, reorganisations and strategic projects.
• Monitor global tax developments, including OECD Pillar Two, and assess their impact.
• Lead tax audits and manage relationships with external tax advisors.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Treasury and HR on tax‑related matters.
• Drive continuous improvement of tax processes, controls and governance across the Group.

Required profile

• CPA certification.
• 5+ years of experience in Israeli and international taxation.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP tax accounting (ASC 740), transfer pricing and multinational tax matters.
• Experience in a global company and/or a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Excellent analytical, communication and project‑management abilities.
• Fluent English.
