Talent Sourcer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and passionate Talent Sourcer to join HAAT’s HR team. In this role you will identify, attract and engage top talent across a variety of positions, building strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct proactive headhunting and engage passive candidates.
• Research target companies and map talent across industries.
• Build and maintain long‑term candidate relationships and professional networks.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring needs.
• Utilise AI‑based sourcing tools and stay up‑to‑date with recruitment trends.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven track record with LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive headhunting.
• Fluent in Hebrew, English and Arabic.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and results‑driven.
