Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

IBI, a leading investment house with over 50 years of experience, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team. You will be responsible for driving the full recruitment lifecycle across the group’s diverse businesses, ensuring the right talent is attracted and hired.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of positions across the organization.
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent needs and market trends.
• Guide candidates throughout the recruitment journey, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Lead sourcing activities, leveraging LinkedIn and other channels to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience handling full‑cycle recruitment.
• Proven experience conducting face‑to‑face interviews.
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn recruiting and candidate sourcing.
• Excellent communication, high motivation, and the ability to work independently.
