Talent Acquisition Specialist - Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Jump Start, a boutique technical recruitment agency. The role offers the chance to work with a variety of start‑ups, gaining exposure to multiple tech products and developing the expertise needed to match the right candidates with innovative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of technical positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Conduct proactive head‑hunting using social networks and specialised databases.
• Perform phone and face‑to‑face interviews, assessing both technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers across different start‑ups to understand hiring needs.
• Guide candidates through each stage of the process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain high standards of candidate communication and recruitment workflow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self‑starter, customer‑oriented, detail‑ and results‑focused.
• Comfortable interacting with professionals at all organisational levels.
• Ability to thrive and prioritise in a fast‑changing environment.
• Experience in technical recruitment or a technical setting is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in both Hebrew and English.
