Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to drive our rapid growth by managing end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and IT positions. The role is fully remote and offers autonomy to design and execute sourcing strategies across global talent markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer presentation and onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, professional networks, social platforms, technical communities and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines, converting passive prospects into active candidates.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess technical background, communication skills and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and refine candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Support onboarding logistics, including documentation, equipment and orientation scheduling.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably for technology, IT or technical support roles.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive talent.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong interview and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong time‑management capabilities.
