Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator

About the role

Factory 54 is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator to join its fast‑growing Recruitment & HR team. You will partner with hiring managers across the organization, lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of corporate positions, and help shape the teams that drive the company’s continued growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment from role briefing and sourcing through offer stage and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, providing strategic recruitment guidance aligned with business needs.
• Source and attract top talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, proactive sourcing, and talent pipelines.
• Conduct phone and in‑person interviews, assess candidates, coordinate hiring processes, and support offer negotiations.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Factory 54’s employer brand.
• Maintain recruitment data in ATS, monitor hiring metrics, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in cross‑functional recruitment, employer branding, and HR initiatives.
• Support employee experience and engagement projects to strengthen workplace culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive, business‑oriented approach and ability to work independently.
