System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated System Administrator to join our IT team. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation, maintenance, and security of our core IT systems, ensuring stability, performance, and compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows and Linux).
• Manage LAN/WAN/WiFi networks, including DNS, DHCP, and Cisco equipment.
• Implement security measures such as FortiGate firewalls, antivirus, and monitoring.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Microsoft Azure services.
• Oversee regular backup and recovery procedures.
• Provide expert troubleshooting for hardware/software issues and lead the helpdesk team.
• Enforce IT policies and ISO 27001 compliance.
• Utilize AI automation tools and scripting to improve efficiency.
• Support AI transformation through security and infrastructure governance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT role.
• Strong proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy; Linux experience a plus.
• Knowledge of AI tools, security, setup, and support.
• Solid understanding of network protocols and administration.
• Hands‑on experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware.
• Significant advantage for knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Fluent in Hebrew with strong technical English.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA/MCSE, CCNA, cloud certifications) are a strong advantage.
