System Administrator – IT Infrastructure & Support

About the role

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our technology company in Ramat Gan. This hands‑on position ensures the stability, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure while providing day‑to‑day support to end users.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Windows and macOS environments.
• Administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Handle user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Maintain network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Monitor systems, apply updates, and perform patch management.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide technical support to end users.
• Support cloud technologies and enforce IT security measures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System or IT Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• B.Sc. or B.A. in IT, Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
