System Administrator – Infrastructure (VMware, Storage, AD)

About the role

TSG Group is seeking an experienced System Administrator to join its Infrastructure team. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of complex IT environments, supporting both internal and external customers in a high‑tech defense setting.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain System, Storage, VMware, and Active Directory environments.
• Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure incidents in real time.
• Provide professional support and guidance directly to customers.
• Manage virtualization platforms (vSphere/ESXi).
• Maintain Microsoft Windows and Linux servers.
• Oversee storage solutions such as EMC and NetApp.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation and travel abroad when required.

Required profile

• Relevant professional training and certifications.
• 5+ years of experience with system, networking, storage, VMware, and Active Directory operations.
• Proven track record of troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues.
• Willingness to be on‑call and travel internationally.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Information Systems (advantage).
• Good proficiency in English.
