System Administrator – Enterprise Infrastructure

About the role

RAD is seeking an experienced System Administrator to design, implement, and support its enterprise infrastructure across Linux, Windows, and virtualization platforms. The role ensures highly available, secure, and scalable IT services while driving automation, monitoring, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Manage Nutanix AHV infrastructure, including Prism Central, Prism Element, VM lifecycle, storage, networking, snapshots, HA, capacity planning and performance tuning.
• Install, configure, upgrade, patch, migrate and troubleshoot servers and infrastructure services.
• Ensure infrastructure availability, resilience and business continuity.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, PKI/Certificate Services, IIS and SSL/TLS certificates.
• Design, implement and maintain monitoring solutions using Zabbix, including custom templates, triggers, dashboards and alerts.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and proactively improve reliability and performance.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support, troubleshoot complex issues across Linux, Windows, virtualization and applications, and collaborate with Engineering, DevOps and international stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure administration.
• Proven experience managing complex IT environments in medium‑to‑large organizations.
• Strong Linux and Windows Server administration skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Nutanix AHV and related management tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and teamwork abilities, with good spoken and written English.
