Supply Chain Manager – Aerospace Division

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager for the Aerospace Division in Modiin to lead the division’s supply chain strategy and drive operational excellence across a global network. The role sits at the core of defense operations, overseeing procurement, inventory, and material flow in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the division’s supply chain strategy, establishing continuous‑improvement processes.
• Manage procurement activities worth hundreds of millions of dollars annually, both in Israel and abroad.
• Develop and enforce policies for planning, inventory management, and material flow aligned with production schedules.
• Improve key operational KPIs such as material availability, on‑time delivery, cost, and touch time.
• Lead risk‑management initiatives, including risk analysis, business continuity planning, multi‑sourcing, and supplier capacity planning.
• Coordinate global manufacturing facilities to ensure synchronized operations across sites.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, PMO, and business units within the division.
• Manage large, multi‑location teams, including senior managers, fostering a culture of excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s in Business Administration is a plus.
• More than 10 years of experience leading supply chain functions in a large, global industrial organization.
• Extensive background in procurement and managing relationships with global suppliers and subcontractors.
• Proven track record in project‑driven environments involving development, production, engineering, and planning.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, systems thinking, and high‑level English proficiency.
