Supplier NPI Electronics Engineering Manager

About the role

As the Supplier NPI Electronics Engineering Manager you will lead the transition of new product introductions to high‑volume manufacturing at our PDC suppliers. You will ensure robust design for manufacturing, testability and quality processes while supporting sustained production and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic direction for the supplier engineering organization.
• Lead the NPI engineering transition to manufacturing, including design for manufacturing, PFMEA, FAI and testability.
• Qualify and maintain supplier capabilities and infrastructure for high‑volume production.
• Drive improvements to reduce cycle time, cost and increase efficiency.
• Manage supplier quality issues, lead problem resolution and escalation.
• Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, operations and manufacturing to ensure scalability and flexibility.

Required profile

• Electrical Engineering degree (required).
• 5+ years experience as a technical manager and team leader.
• Proven experience working with suppliers through development and engineering transitions.
• At least 10 years experience in electronics board or power‑supply manufacturing processes.
• High‑level English communication skills.

Required skills

• Design for Manufacturing, PFMEA and First Article Inspection (FAI).
• Knowledge of industry standards for electronics modules and semiconductors.
• HV power‑supply manufacturing processes.
• Electronics board and power‑supply manufacturing expertise.
