Staff Technical Program Manager

About the role

Crusoe is building the world’s first vertically integrated, sustainable AI cloud. As a Staff Technical Program Manager you will lead the Managed Inference platform, connecting model engineering, IaaS, product, and data‑center operations to deliver a reliable, scalable inference service for large‑language‑model workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Own multi‑quarter release planning, dependency governance, and executive communication for the Managed Inference platform.
• Drive high‑risk programs such as model version rollouts, inference‑optimization campaigns, SLA readiness for new GPU hardware, and multi‑tenant capacity planning.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Model Engineering, IaaS, Cloud Foundations, Data Center Operations, and external model providers.
• Identify and surface risks early, ensuring programs stay on track and unblocked.

Required profile

• 5+ years of technical program management experience, preferably in AI or cloud infrastructure.
• Deep familiarity with the model layer, including how LLMs are served, optimized, and evaluated in production.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high‑risk, multi‑team programs from kickoff through delivery.
