Splunk Professional Services Consultant - Security

About the role

We are seeking a Splunk Professional Services Consultant specialized in security to lead technical strategy and delivery for complex, multi‑functional security initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior security leaders, guiding the adoption of Splunk SIEM, SOAR, and AI‑driven operations across regional and global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and authority guidance within the Splunk security domain, focusing on SIEM, SOAR, and observability integrations.
• Lead end‑to‑end planning, design, and implementation of customized Splunk security architectures to mitigate risk and maximize technology investments.
• Apply AI and automation tools to enhance detection, streamline incident response, and improve overall security operations efficiency.
• Develop and maintain high‑value customer relationships, ensuring alignment with security objectives and measurable business outcomes.
• Create and enforce documentation standards for sophisticated security deployments.
• Build advanced simulation environments and deliver expert support for complex platform challenges.
• Mentor team members on PDIO (Plan, Design, Implement, Optimize) methodologies and promote knowledge sharing.
• Synthesize customer feedback to influence Splunk product enhancements and service offerings.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent experience with 6‑8 years in security consulting or engineering.
• Expert‑level Splunk certification (e.g., Splunk Certified Architect or Consultant) or comparable security credentials.
• Proven experience leading sophisticated, multi‑functional security projects.
