Social Media & Content Manager for Hedge Fund

About the role

Centenario Hedge Fund is establishing its operations and seeks a proactive Social Media & Content Manager to shape the online presence of the fund, its executives, and its podcast. You will craft and execute a cohesive social media strategy that aligns with the fund’s brand and investment focus.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and plan social media strategy and editorial calendars for the fund, its executives, and the podcast.
• Collect, adapt, and publish professional source material such as podcast episodes, articles, interviews, and videos.
• Create and schedule posts, short‑form videos, quotations, and newsletter content across multiple platforms.
• Manage day‑to‑day activity of all social media pages and digital assets.
• Coordinate with the public‑relations agency, designers, and podcast production teams.
• Monitor reach and performance metrics, analyse listening patterns, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of hands‑on experience managing social media for a brand or organization.
• Excellent Hebrew writing, editing and communication skills.
• Strong command of English for professional content creation.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Quick learner with a strong technological orientation.

• CapCut or comparable video‑editing software.
• Social media management and scheduling platforms.
• CRM systems for audience engagement.
