Social Media & Community Manager

About the role

Union Motors, the exclusive importer of Toyota in Israel, is looking for a dynamic Social Media & Community Manager to lead its digital presence and community engagement. You will shape the brand’s voice across platforms, create compelling content, and drive both online and offline community experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute the brand’s social media strategy across multiple channels.
• Design and manage community initiatives from concept through ongoing engagement.
• Produce and oversee content creation, coordinating with agencies, creators, and influencers.
• Plan and execute mid‑scale events and manage production partners for larger events.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Product, IT, Operations, and external agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on social media management experience.
• Proven track record in strategic and operational digital campaigns.
• Experience leading cross‑functional projects with defined timelines and budgets.
• Strong copywriting abilities in both Hebrew and English.
• Experience in community management or event production is a plus.
