Social Growth & Community Builder (B2C)

About the role

We are seeking a Social Growth & Community Builder to shape and scale the social presence of multiple consumer brands across global markets. This senior role goes beyond managing a single page; you will design community infrastructure, creator programs, and growth systems that drive measurable impact for our B2C products.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow social media communities for several B2C brands on multiple platforms.
• Own the end‑to‑end social and community engine: strategy, content creation, publishing, engagement, and optimization.
• Develop global social, influencer, and creator strategies tailored to different markets and audiences.
• Create and manage content calendars aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Identify, recruit, and manage influencers, creators, ambassadors, and partners.
• Design scalable playbooks, frameworks, and workflows for cross‑brand execution.
• Monitor trends, sentiment, and risks, responding quickly to emerging issues.
• Analyze performance data and continuously optimize for growth, engagement, and impact.
• Leverage AI and modern tools to improve content creation, workflow efficiency, and insight generation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience growing social channels for B2C or consumer brands.
• Proven track record of building social initiatives from zero to measurable success.
• Deep understanding of internet culture, creator ecosystems, platform behavior, and community psychology.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and the ability to collaborate across marketing, product, analytics, and creative teams.
