SMB Account Manager

About the role

Join JFrog as an SMB Account Manager, responsible for acquiring and growing small‑business customers for JFrog’s DevOps platform. You will work in a hybrid setting, Monday‑Friday, and benefit from a two‑week sales onboarding program that covers JFrog products, sales tools, and hands‑on training.

Key responsibilities

• Develop long‑term customer relationships while promoting retention and loyalty.
• Manage new logo acquisition, expansion opportunities and renewals for a portfolio of SMB customers.
• Analyze usage metrics to evaluate product adoption and identify growth opportunities.
• Contact customers throughout the lifecycle to drive expansion and ensure satisfaction.
• Drive product adoption, share best practices and implement optimization strategies for maximum value.
• Use Salesforce.com and other sales enablement tools to track activities and pipeline.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in subscription‑based sales, preferably SaaS.
• Proven ability to own the full sales cycle from lead to close.
• Experience with quota‑carrying roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Salesforce (Salesforce.com) proficiency.
