About the role
The client seeks an experienced Site Logistics Coordinator to support data‑center operations in Tel Aviv. You will manage material handling, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure timely delivery of equipment and consumables for ongoing projects.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming deliveries, handle devices and consumables, store materials securely, and expedite ad‑hoc shipments.
- Maintain and organize on‑site storage areas, create project pallets, and coordinate shipments to other sites or warehouses.
- Support urgent material requests, escalations and miscellaneous logistics needs as they arise.
- Conduct weekly inventory scans, perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and manage Return to Stock (RTS) processes.
Required profile
- Must pass background checks before starting the contract.
- Eligible to live and work in Tel Aviv, Israel.
- Occasional travel may be required.
