SEO Lead – Organic Growth & AI Search Specialist

About the role

Bringoz is seeking an SEO Lead to own and scale its organic growth engine. You will be responsible for making organic search the top acquisition channel by combining SEO, GEO, content strategy, technical excellence, and continuous experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Define SEO/GEO goals and KPIs, identifying high‑impact opportunities across organic and paid channels.
• Perform technical SEO audits, optimise site architecture, metadata, internal linking, and drive off‑page backlink acquisition.
• Develop strategies to improve visibility in AI‑driven search experiences (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) and ensure content is structured for AI answers.
• Monitor and analyse paid search (Google Ads) and social media campaigns to align with overall acquisition strategy.
• Build a content strategy focused on high‑intent topics and SEO‑driven landing pages that convert.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve Core Web Vitals, structured data, and overall site performance.
• Track performance using GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush and run A/B tests to improve ROI and conversion rates.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology companies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable growth strategies.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to accelerate research and content production.
