Senior VIP Account Manager

About the role

Playtika is looking for a Senior VIP Account Manager to own and nurture relationships with its highest‑value players. You will be responsible for driving lifetime value, satisfaction, and retention through personalized, data‑driven engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of top‑tier VIP players, handling day‑to‑day communication and concerns.
• Increase lifetime value, KPIs, satisfaction, and retention through proactive, tailored outreach.
• Analyze player data and behavior to identify risks, growth opportunities, and segment players for targeted messaging.
• Collect and report player feedback, flag insights to relevant business units, and feed community sentiment back to product teams.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, personalization, and decision‑making.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Business Analytics, Economy, and Monetization teams to align player needs with business strategy.
• Build and maintain performance reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or VIP/relationship management.
• Proactive, creative, and highly independent with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering premium player experiences.
