Senior Tax Consultant – Quality Control

About the role

Deloitte Israel is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Consultant to join its Quality Control team. You will play a pivotal role in reviewing tax reports for major Israeli companies, identifying risk exposures and opportunities for tax optimisation while supporting audit and tax teams with expert advice.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth reviews of tax filings across a wide range of industries.
• Identify potential tax exposures and recommend savings opportunities.
• Provide ongoing advisory support to audit and tax professionals.
• Participate in internal tax training sessions and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
• 3‑5 years of taxation experience, preferably from a Big 4 firm or the Tax Authority.
• Strong motivation to learn new tax areas and a long‑term commitment.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and service‑orientation skills.
