About the role

Digital Turbine is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end hiring across the EMEA region. In this strategic position you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership and People Business Partners, shaping regional talent strategies and influencing the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process for expanding teams, delivering a seamless candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs, map talent markets and co‑create proactive hiring plans.
• Source top‑tier talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, niche channels and innovative sourcing techniques, building robust pipelines.
• Enhance the employer brand by engaging diverse talent communities via social media, universities, industry events and professional networks.
• Align regional hiring initiatives with the global Talent Acquisition team to ensure consistency with global vision.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in fast‑paced tech environments.
• Proven success navigating global hiring markets, especially across EMEA and Israel.
• Flawless written and verbal English communication.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment.
• Experience using AI tools for sourcing and workflow optimization is a strong plus.
