Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Zafran is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end hiring across the organization, primarily supporting R&D teams. You will work closely with hiring managers to build pipelines, ensure a great candidate experience, and help scale our fast‑growing cybersecurity startup.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source high‑quality candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, networking and other channels.
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously in a high‑growth environment.
• Provide a positive, professional experience for all candidates.
• Leverage recruiting data and metrics to continuously improve processes.
• Strengthen employer brand and employee referral programs.
• Collaborate with the People team on recruiting initiatives and projects.

Required profile

• 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, preferably in a startup.
• Proven track record recruiting technical roles and both R&D and go‑to‑market teams.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent communication, independent work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Data‑driven approach to recruiting.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
