Senior Supply Planner – Semiconductor Industry

About the role

Camtek, a global leader in semiconductor inspection and metrology systems, is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Planner to join its Supply Chain team. You will lead demand planning and material planning across a complex multidisciplinary hardware environment, ensuring material availability and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and continuously improve demand forecasts based on business needs, sales opportunities, historical consumption, and product lifecycle considerations.
• Lead and monitor MRP planning processes, providing accurate purchasing and production recommendations.
• Manage material planning activities for a diverse portfolio of products, assemblies, and components.
• Support subcontractor manufacturing by ensuring material readiness and production continuity.
• Optimize inventory levels while balancing customer demand, lead times, and business objectives.
• Analyze planning data, identify supply chain risks, and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and global stakeholders.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and leverage AI‑based tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and planning efficiency.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Economics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, production or material planning within a multidisciplinary manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with demand forecasting and MRP planning processes.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, material planning, and overall supply chain processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical, problem‑solving abilities.
