About the role
Qualcomm Israel is seeking an experienced VLSI Design Engineer to lead the development of advanced high‑speed ASICs. You will collaborate with architecture, verification, and product development teams to deliver cutting‑edge chip solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the Architecture team to define module specifications.
- Design micro‑architecture and implement RTL.
- Collaborate closely with verification and product development teams.
- Optimize designs for minimum power consumption.
- Execute QA checks including lint, CDC, and GLS.
- Coordinate with international teams and stay abreast of emerging technologies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of hands‑on VLSI/ASIC design experience.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented, collaborative, and self‑motivated.
