Senior Social Media Manager

About the role

Natasha Denona Makeup is seeking a visionary Senior Social Media Manager to lead its organic social media strategy, amplify the brand voice, and engage a global beauty community. You will own content creation, community interaction, and performance analysis across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cutting‑edge organic social media strategy on Instagram, TikTok, Shorts and other platforms to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Shoot, edit and publish high‑quality daily short‑form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) showcasing product launches, tutorials and behind‑the‑scenes stories.
• Foster deep connections with followers through social listening, timely responses to comments/DMs, and community‑driven conversations.
• Monitor trends, viral audio, algorithm updates and emerging platforms, adapting content in real time.
• Track, analyze and report monthly KPIs (engagement, growth, reach) and use data‑driven insights to optimize performance.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, Product Development and Influencer Relations teams for seamless campaign roll‑outs.

Required profile

• 4+ years of social media management experience, preferably in beauty, fashion or luxury lifestyle.
• Deep knowledge of makeup trends, techniques and the global beauty community.
• Familiarity with top creators and what excites beauty lovers.
• Strong blend of creative storytelling and analytical thinking.

Required skills

• Short‑form video editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere or in‑app tools.
• Mobile photography and videography for high‑impact visual content.
• Social media analytics and KPI reporting.
