Senior Procurement & Logistics Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Procurement & Logistics Manager to lead our procurement function both in Israel and across international markets. You will be responsible for shaping supplier relationships, driving cost‑saving initiatives, and ensuring seamless import, export and shipping operations for a fast‑growing technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities in Israel and internationally.
• Manage, develop, and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing procurement & logistics team.
• Conduct commercial negotiations and draft supplier agreements.
• Drive cost‑reduction and efficiency projects.
• Oversee import, export, and international shipping processes.
• Monitor supplier performance and mitigate supply‑chain risks.

Required profile

• 10+ years of procurement experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing a procurement team.
• Strong background working with international suppliers and subcontractors.
• Proven expertise in import, export, and international logistics.
• Excellent commercial negotiation skills in Hebrew and English.
• Fluent English communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
