Senior Procurement Buyer

About the role

Tama Group, a global leader in crop‑baling solutions, is seeking a Senior Procurement Buyer to own end‑to‑end purchasing activities. You will manage supplier relationships, drive commercial value and support product development across our worldwide operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the supplier portfolio, including sourcing, contract negotiations and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Lead negotiations to ensure alignment with the company’s procurement strategy.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key suppliers.
• Develop and track annual work plans and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support product development and other business initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience.
• Strong commercial background with proven negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and capacity to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Independent, detail‑oriented mindset with a systems‑level perspective.
• High integrity, assertiveness and drive.
• Strong orientation toward systems and rapid learning ability.
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
