Senior Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Kaltura is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale its global paid acquisition strategy. You will drive pipeline generation, customer acquisition, self‑serve sign‑ups, and enterprise demand through data‑driven campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft Ads and other relevant platforms.
• Manage media budgets and allocate spend to maximise pipeline, revenue, CAC and ROAS.
• Design full‑funnel acquisition programmes that generate awareness, demand, enterprise opportunities and self‑serve growth.
• Build audience‑targeting strategies using first‑party data, ABM account lists, intent signals and look‑alike audiences.
• Collaborate with Sales, SDRs, Content, Design and Marketing Operations to launch integrated campaigns.
• Lead A/B testing of ads, creatives, landing pages, offers and conversion paths.
• Analyse performance metrics (CPL, MQL, SQL, pipeline, CAC, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience managing B2B SaaS performance marketing programmes.
• Proven track record of demand generation and pipeline creation.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business impact.
• Excellent collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
