Senior Mobile Engineer (Flutter)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer with deep expertise in Flutter to join a fast‑growing digital product used by a global community. The role is remote‑first, based in Israel, and focuses on delivering high‑quality, data‑driven mobile experiences across iOS and Android.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain core mobile journeys such as registration, discovery, profiles, messaging, matching and monetization.
• Analyze product funnels and analytics to improve conversion, engagement and revenue.
• Own platform‑specific features including push notifications, deep links and real‑time capabilities.
• Support multi‑flavor, white‑label releases with brand‑specific assets, store identifiers and Firebase environments.
• Write automated unit and widget tests to ensure reliability and code quality.
• Collaborate with product, analytics and engineering teams in a fully remote, international setting.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience delivering production Flutter applications for both iOS and Android.
• Solid understanding of layered mobile architecture and separation of concerns.
• Hands‑on experience with BLoC, Provider, GetIt, GoRouter and Dio.
• Familiarity with code‑generation tools, immutable data models and Firebase services.
