Senior Machine Learning Engineer – GenAI Applications

About the role

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer you will partner with top‑notch engineers and data scientists to design, develop, evaluate and deploy Generative AI‑powered solutions for large‑scale, customer‑facing applications. The focus is on building state‑of‑the‑art agentic capabilities that drive business impact and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy high‑quality, performant Generative AI and agentic systems into production environments.
• Define optimal architectural solutions considering latency, throughput, scale and emerging technologies.
• Own services end‑to‑end, implementing monitoring and maintenance strategies to ensure ML health and performance.
• Write clean, scalable, well‑tested production code and integrate it through CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists and Analysts to translate business requirements into technical ML solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience delivering machine‑learning solutions to production at scale.
• Proven experience with Generative AI applications, large language models and agentic systems in production.

Required skills

• Python and Java programming.
• Cloud frameworks such as AWS SageMaker.
• ML libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn.
• Big‑data processing: PySpark, Apache Flink, Snowflake.
• Relational/NoSQL databases: MySQL, Cassandra, DynamoDB.
• Data manipulation and visualization: NumPy, pandas, matplotlib.
