Senior IT Administrator

About the role

accessiBe is looking for a Senior IT Administrator to own and scale its global IT infrastructure. You will ensure system reliability, enforce security controls, and support business continuity across all offices while collaborating closely with security and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full IT lifecycle: onboarding, off‑boarding, user provisioning, and access management.
• Provide day‑to‑day IT support, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve tickets promptly.
• Administer SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, JumpCloud, and CrowdStrike EDR.
• Oversee endpoint inventory, hardware procurement, software licensing, and vendor relationships.
• Partner with the CISO to implement security initiatives, enforce policies, and integrate systems.
• Maintain endpoint security, backups, business continuity, and compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Create and keep up‑to‑date IT documentation, knowledge‑base articles, and operational procedures.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on IT Administration or Operations experience in a SaaS environment.
• Strong background with Google Workspace, JumpCloud, macOS, Windows, and SaaS administration.
• Solid understanding of endpoint management, cloud infrastructure, networking, and IT security best practices.
• Experience with SSO technologies (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and SaaS integrations.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, procurement, and licensing.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001 compliance processes.
• Excellent project management, cross‑functional collaboration, and communication skills.
