Senior Hardware Quality Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Hardware Quality Engineer to lead the quality strategy and execution across the entire product development lifecycle. The role ensures adherence to robust engineering standards, drives multi‑functional alignment, manages risks, and champions proactive quality measures and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑functional teams to guarantee seamless completion of all development stages while adhering to technical guidelines and quality criteria.
• Drive proactive quality activities such as inquiry, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Identify, prioritize, track, and mitigate potential risks to prevent impact on schedule and quality.
• Manage product changes and maintain configuration control throughout the development lifecycle.
• Promote early detection mechanisms by implementing early checks, continuous monitoring, and rapid issue resolution.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Electrical, Mechanical, Material, Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience in hardware design development, testing, or process engineering.
• 5+ years of experience specifically in quality engineering.
• Background with hardware qualification, reliability processes, and quality procedures and tools.
• Familiarity with risk assessment, failure analysis, and FMEA.
