Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (Hebrew Speaking)

About the role

Salesforce is hiring Senior Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy complex agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments. You will partner with a Deployment Strategist, own end‑to‑end outcomes, and mentor the next wave of engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end architecture, build, and production handoff of agentic AI solutions for strategic customers.
• Design and ship agent logic, tool calls, multi‑agent orchestration, and deterministic guardrails on the Agentforce platform.
• Manage data lifecycle including model design, processing pipelines, and integration with Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, or customer platforms.
• Resolve technical blockers such as data integration failures, model deployment issues, and performance regressions.
• Develop performance dashboards, KPI reporting, and reusable playbooks for the organization.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and shared assets.

Required profile

• 10+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, with ability to travel to customer sites.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong judgment on fast vs. careful delivery.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex (expert in at least one).
• Experience integrating LLMs into production using frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs.
• Data modeling and analytics experience with Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Familiarity with AI‑support tools like Cursor, Claude, and Salesforce Vibes.
