Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

Radware is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join its Cloud R&D team in Tel Aviv. You will work on cutting‑edge cloud security services that combine big‑data analytics, machine learning and behavioral analysis to detect and mitigate cyber threats.

Key responsibilities

• Own complex, distributed, high‑scale production cloud systems.
• Design, build and maintain a modern CI/CD pipeline to accelerate R&D processes.
• Implement automated build, deployment and configuration management for cloud environments.
• Integrate test automation into the CI/CD workflow.
• Contribute to cloud‑based big‑data solutions and monitoring/alerting capabilities.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Coach and mentor team members and other technical staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a DevOps lead in cloud‑based environments.
• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Kubernetes).
• Strong background with Linux, networking and production system optimization.
• Excellent scripting abilities in Shell/Bash and Python.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Infrastructure‑as‑code experience, preferably Terraform.
• Deep knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Version‑control expertise with Git and Bitbucket.
• Ability to communicate design and implementation choices clearly.
