Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

Chamelio is building an AI‑powered Legal Intelligence Platform that helps in‑house legal teams accelerate negotiations, reduce risk, and capture institutional knowledge. As a Senior DevOps Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end cloud infrastructure that powers this platform and enable rapid delivery of production AI features.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP and Azure.
• Manage Kubernetes (EKS) clusters and container orchestration for AI workloads.
• Implement infrastructure‑as‑code using Terraform, Pulumi or similar tools.
• Create and optimise CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Ensure security, compliance, data governance and observability across the platform.
• Provide real‑time monitoring, performance analysis and cost optimisation.
• Collaborate with backend, ML and AI engineers to support production workloads.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and establish DevOps best practices as the team scales.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional experience building and operating production infrastructure.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive projects from idea to production.
• Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to adopt emerging technologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills in a fast‑paced startup.
