Senior Data Analyst - Supply Chain & Demand Planning Analytics

About the role

Analytical Factor is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join its team in Rishon LeZion. The role focuses on demand planning, supply chain analytics, forecasting and turning complex data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, anomalies and business insights.
• Support demand planning, forecasting, supply chain and business planning initiatives.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation and root‑cause analysis.
• Develop analytical reports, models and dashboards to aid decision‑making.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers and business users to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
• Investigate data and forecast issues, recommend practical solutions and support implementation of planning tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in data analysis, business analytics or supply chain analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with large datasets and relational databases using SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
