Senior Cloud Support Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Cloud Support Engineer in our Tel Aviv team, you’ll be a key technical partner for our customers, helping them get the most out of Crusoe’s GPU‑powered infrastructure. You’ll dive deep into complex technical challenges, collaborate closely with global engineering teams, and help build a world‑class customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on, high‑quality technical support through Zendesk, meeting SLAs and keeping CSAT at 95%+.
• Participate in a 24/7 support rotation to ensure rapid response to critical issues.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to VMs, hardware failures, and scaling tests using CLI and internal tools.
• Manage alert triage, support maintenance windows, and run node delivery testing.
• Collaborate with global SRE, Networking, and Storage teams from triage through root‑cause analysis.
• Create internal documentation, onboarding materials, and SOPs to strengthen the global support process.
• Suggest and implement process and tooling enhancements to improve system efficiency and resilience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience (4+ years in a similar technical role).
• At least 5 years of technical support experience in cloud, storage, or networking.
• Strong CLI skills and comfort navigating Linux environments.
• Experience using Git for collaboration and version management.
• Fluent communication in English and Hebrew, with the ability to prioritize competing escalations.

Required skills

• Container orchestration (Kubernetes) and workload management tools (Slurm, Terraform).
• Observability tools such as Grafana.
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• High‑performance computing technologies (Infiniband, RDMA, RoCE, SDN).
• Storage technologies and protocols (NVMe, SSDs, distributed storage, NFS, SMB, iSCSI, NVMe‑oF).
