Senior Accountant

About the role

Mastercard’s Dynamic Yield unit is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee worldwide revenue recognition, billing, collections and multi‑entity accounting. The role supports entities in the USA, Latvia and Germany and ensures compliance with local GAAP and corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage global revenue streams, contracts and ensure accurate revenue recognition in line with accounting policies.
• Oversee the monthly close process for revenue, perform analytical reviews and related procedures.
• Monitor billing and collections, drive collection efforts, and coordinate with sales to secure timely payments.
• Supervise accounting functions for multiple entities, prepare monthly reporting packages and handle payroll aspects.
• Prepare tax schedules, VAT returns and statutory reports in local GAAP.
• Coordinate audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
• Support ad‑hoc integration projects as needed.

Required profile

• CPA certification.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a global high‑tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, well‑organized and able to prioritize in a fast‑paced setting.
