Security Architect Manager – Corporate & Cloud Security

About the role

Nebius is seeking an experienced Security Architect Manager to lead its corporate and cloud security architecture. Reporting to the Head of Security Engineering under the CISO, you will shape secure designs for enterprise infrastructure across hybrid environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the security architecture domain, overseeing security architects and senior engineers.
• Define and maintain architecture standards, guidelines, and reference designs for corporate networks and cloud platforms.
• Design secure enterprise network architectures, including segmentation, Zero Trust, and hybrid connectivity.
• Select and guide implementation of network security technologies such as firewalls, secure gateways, and access control solutions.
• Develop secure reference architectures for cloud networking, identity, and workload protection.
• Ensure proper implementation of cloud security controls, including IAM, segmentation, encryption, and monitoring.
• Define endpoint and identity security architecture, covering EDR/XDR, device hardening, SSO, MFA, and privileged access.
• Identify architectural risks, drive mitigation strategies, and enforce architecture review processes.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in security architecture for both corporate networks and cloud environments.
• Strong collaboration skills with IT, Infrastructure, Network, DevOps, and Security teams.
• Ability to translate security requirements into scalable, resilient designs.

Required skills

• Network security technologies (firewalls, secure gateways, access control solutions).
• Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), proxies, Network Access Control (NAC).
• Cloud security controls (IAM, segmentation, encryption, monitoring).
• Endpoint detection and response (EDR/XDR), device hardening.
• Identity management (SSO, MFA, privileged access management).
