Search User Acquisition Manager

About the role

Connecteam, a platform for managing deskless teams, is looking for an Expert Search User Acquisition Manager. You will help the company's acquisition efforts by setting, optimizing and scaling campaigns on Google and Bing search ads, and share actionable insights and best practices with the wider team.

Key responsibilities

• Set, optimize and scale search campaigns to achieve KPIs
• Analyze performance based on ROI and engagement to drive insights
• Share insights and knowledge with existing PPC account managers
• Co-initiate and implement performance-oriented projects and look for improvement opportunities
• Work with CS, Sales and Product to optimize the funnel
• Work with creative and content teams to improve conversion rate
• Identify trends and new growth opportunities
• Design, structure and measure A/B tests on landing pages

Required profile

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google search campaigns
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in exact sciences, economics, industrial engineering, marketing, business or a related field
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Experience with other acquisition channels is an advantage; experience in a B2B SaaS company is a huge advantage
