Sales & Tender Manager – Security & Integration Systems

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Tender Manager to drive business growth in the security systems and systems integration market. The role blends tender management, business development, and end‑to‑end ownership of project‑based sales cycles, from opportunity identification to contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, collect, and manage relevant tenders in the security and integration sectors.
• Develop new business opportunities and nurture relationships with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Lead project‑based sales processes, from requirements gathering and specification to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Review tender documents, commercial terms, contracts, and submission requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate contractual and commercial documentation for project‑based tenders.
• Manage tender‑related insurance obligations, liabilities, and guarantees.
• Monitor ongoing opportunities to ensure all tender deadlines and requirements are met.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience in security systems, systems integration, or a related project‑based field.
• Proven ability to prepare and review contracts for project‑based tenders.
• Experience handling contractual insurance obligations, liabilities, and guarantees.
• Strong commercial understanding and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities, tenders, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
