Sales Manager - Smart Home

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead the Smart Home and Building Automation business in Israel. The role will establish and expand our market presence, build strategic partnerships and drive growth across the local Smart Home ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the company’s Smart Home market expert in Israel, providing strategic guidance, ecosystem expertise and market intelligence to sales leadership.
• Lead market penetration of Smart Home and Building Automation solutions throughout Israel.
• Build and maintain relationships with key ecosystem players such as system integrators, consultants, installers, distributors and project stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic accounts and B2B distribution channels.
• Create mid‑ and long‑term growth plans, including sales forecasts, pipeline management, revenue targets and business‑development objectives.
• Prepare and manage commercial proposals and lead sales negotiations.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in the Smart Home industry with deep knowledge of the Israeli Home Automation market and its key players.
• Demonstrated ability to identify strategic opportunities, establish key accounts and build long‑term partnerships.
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent relationship‑building, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Highly independent, proactive and capable of building business activity from the ground up.
• Team‑player with strong cross‑functional collaboration abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with KNX, DALI, DMX and other automation protocols.
• Knowledge of integrated building technologies.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English.
