Sales Development Representative – US Market

About the role

Funky Flow is seeking its first dedicated outbound seller to own the top of the funnel for the US market. You will identify target companies, engage decision‑makers, qualify opportunities and schedule demos for the founding team.

Key responsibilities

• Make 60–80 high‑quality outbound touches daily via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Build and maintain target lists of US collection agencies, parking operators, property managers and related businesses.
• Cold‑call executives and operations leaders to initiate first‑touch discovery.
• Qualify prospects against a clear Ideal Customer Profile and book demos.
• Maintain a clean, accurate CRM and provide feedback on prospect responses.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native English with a US‑facing communication style.
• Early‑career sales professional; prior SDR/BDR experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Comfortable making cold calls and handling frequent rejections.
• Highly organized, able to manage a pipeline independently.
• Motivated, competitive, curious about business operations and willing to learn.
• Available to work US business hours consistently.
